Advised by Societex Corporate Finance, SOCRA, specialist in the restoration of metal and stone sculptures, as well as mosaics, will take a new dimension by joining Groupe Mériguet, leading group of luxury decorative crafts.
Founded in 1964 in Périgueux, SOCRA has developed a unique and internationally recognized expertise in the field of preservation and restoration of art pieces. Recent examples include the restoration of the archangel of Mont Saint-Michel, sculptures of the Palace of Versailles, Notre-Dame de Paris, and mosaics of the Ak Saray palace in Uzbekistan.
By joining Groupe Mériguet, a historic leader in the painting trades, which has been developing its activities since 2006, in stones, metal and woodwork (with more than €180m of turnover), the company will pursue its path of excellence in the heritage field, within a key player.
