A day of immersive first aid training at Societex!

We recently organised a day of first aid training with FC PREVENTION, giving our teams the opportunity to acquire the essential skills needed to react effectively in an emergency. Designed to be above all practical and fun, this session enabled participants to learn the right reflexes to adopt when faced with critical situations.

The programme included realistic scenarios, accident simulations and practical exercises led by Corinne from FC PREVENTION. Rather than a theoretical approach, the emphasis was on action: how to perform a cardiac massage, use a defibrillator, clear the airways or apply a tourniquet in the event of haemorrhage. Each employee was able to test and perfect his or her skills.

This training not only strengthened everyone’s ability to intervene quickly in case of need, but also raised awareness of the importance of first aid in both professional and personal situations.

It was an engaging and instructive experience, in line with our approach to the well-being and safety of our employees.
