We are delighted to welcome Hugo Martin-Garcia to Societex Corporate Finance as an M&A Analyst, following his 6-month internship with our team. 🎉
With a Master of Science in International Finance (Rennes School of Business), Hugo began his career at Mazars as an auditor before joining Otoktone as a trainee structured finance analyst. There he contributed to the origination, structuring and execution of senior debt structured finance transactions.
He now works alongside our partners and directors on our sell-side, buy-side, valuation and financing assignments.
