SIPAREX PROXIMITE INNOVATION and BPI France acquired DURALEX PEINTURES, which was part of the investment portfolio of INITIATIVE ET FINANCE since 2006, allowing the actual manager to increase its stake in the company.
Created in 1950, DURALEX PEINTURES specializes in the design and manufacture of high quality paints (floor paints, roof paints, anti-rust paints) for the construction supply industry. The company benefits both from a strong visibility on its market and of the confidence of all its customers.
SOCIETEX CORPORATE FINANCE initiated the transaction and advised the seller and the Manager.
