- This BIMBO operation sets a new stage in the development of the Group. It allows SIPAREX to sell its minority stake in favor of BNP PARIBAS DEVELOPPEMENT and David Brunet. The founding-managing director Jean-Gérard Napoléoni remains majority shareholder.
- Created by Jean-Gérard Napoléoni in 1992, the EMKA TECHNOLOGIES Group is a world leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of systems for preclinical cardiology, neurological and pulmonary research.
- With an international team of 80 people, the Group, which generates close to 10M€ sales, offers a comprehensive range of products, software and services for preclinical researchers (pharmaceutical companies, CROs and universities) through 5 entities in France, Canada, USA, China and Japan.
- Since the acquisition in 2014 of SCIREQ, a Canadian company led by David Brunet, the group has been able to accelerate its development, particularly in the pulmonary segment.
