  • Founded by Jean-Gérard NAPOLEONI in 1992 and based in Paris, the EMKA TECHNOLOGIES Group is a world leader in the design and production of scientific instruments dedicated to pre-clinical respiratory, cardiovascular and neurological research.
  • The Group has developed by gradually expanding its product range (equipment, software, support material for professionals in the field) as well as through external growth and strategic international locations: USA, China, Japan, Canada. It now has approximately 75 employees.
  • EMKA TECHNOLOGIES acquired the Canadian company SCIREQ specialised in precision laboratory instruments for pulmonary research in 2014, led by David BRUNET as Vice-President of the entity.
  • Jean-Gérard NAPOLEONI, manager and shareholder, has chosen to transfer ownership of the Group’s shares to the Director of its main subsidiary, which he had brought into the capital in 2017 alongside BNP Développement. David BRUNET has joined forces with the Solidarity Fund FTQ and the National Bank of Canada. He will now hold the position of President and CEO of the Group.
