In 2022, Societex continues its development

This year Societex celebrates its 70th anniversary, a longevity made possible by :

• the community of interests with our clients, mainly managing shareholders, our ex-entrepreneur partners
• working for more than 20 years on an international level
• the ability to evolve collectively and to share moments of conviviality with our employees, entrepreneurs and funds

Every year Societex undertakes one in three transactions with a foreign counterparty. In the first half of 2022, we intervened in Dubai, Finland, the UK and Spain.

We are pleased to inform you of the completion of ten transactions in the first half of 2022 ( sale, acquisition, international growth…), all centred on our sectoral expertise: industry, technology, construction, agri-food, services.

Some clients have renewed their trust in us and we have had the pleasure of accompanying them in the implementation of several strategic projects.
