About Societex
We are delighted to officially welcome Solène Fradin and Romain Allain to the Societex team as M&A Analysts after successful 6-month internships!
A graduate of MSc Finance Singapore – Master in Management (EM Grenoble), which took her to New York and Singapore, Solène began her career as an auditor with PwC and then as a Private Equity intern with BlackFin Capital Partners.
Romain, meanwhile, has a Master’s degree in Finance from ESSEC business school and worked as an analyst at Deloitte, Tikehau Capital and Eurazeo (Private Equity and Private Debt).
They work alongside the partners and managing partners on M&A advisory assignments (transfers and acquisitions), financing and valuations.
