Welcome to our new interns !

4 new members joined our team at the beginning of the year!

Meet Vincent Chatelain, Victor Bossé, Théodore Fauchery and Louis Bagard:

Vincent, who holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from EDHEC business school, began his career as a trainee in private equity at Ardian. He then moved into mergers and acquisitions, completing his first internship at I-Deal Development.

Victor holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from ESSCA and has completed internships as an analyst at Smalt Capital and Equideals (private equity and M&A).

Théodore, who has an engineering degree in electronics and embedded systems from CPE Lyon and soon to be awarded an MSc in Finance from EM Lyon, did internships in electronics at Infineon Technologies in Germany before moving into mergers and acquisitions with an internship at AMKEO.

Louis, who holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Audencia, completed internships as an auditor at KPMG and as a private equity analyst at Cap Investissement.

Keen to build on their M&A experience, they joined Societex as M&A Analyst trainees, where they work alongside the partners on M&A advisory assignments (disposals and acquisitions), financing and valuations.
