Welcome to our 4 new interns !

Our team is growing with the arrival of four new members: Solène Fradin, Lorenzo Militello, Kerem Cansiz and Romain Allain.

They all have a Master’s degree in Finance / Corporate Finance (NEOMA, ESSEC and EM Grenoble), and began their professional lives as M&A / Private Equity analysts and auditors in firms such as Eurazeo, Deloitte, PwC, Interactis, In Extenso Finance et Transmission…

They are now joining Societex as M&A Analyst interns, where they will work alongside the partners on M&A advisory, financing and valuation assignments.
