At the beginning of 2023, we announced our intention to work with our customers and partners to seize the opportunities arising during the year.
We can now say that we have done just that!
True to its strategy and with a seasoned and stable team, Societex continued its strong growth in 2023, with sales up by more than 40% on the previous year.
In 2023, our team completed 20 closings for our customers:
- 15 transfers
- 3 acquisitions
- 2 financings
- with international stakeholders in 5 countries
- for a transaction value of €170m
- mainly focused on our sector expertise such as industry, technology and B2B services
- 9 deals initiated by former clients (our greatest source of pride!)
