Congratulations to Quentin Baudesson, who has just obtained the M&A Advisory Certificate awarded by Université Paris Dauphine- PSL, in partnership with CNCEF France M&A.

The aim of this 3-month training course is to enhance the skills of our employees in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) for unlisted companies.

• the negotiation process
• legal and tax aspects
