Welcome to Quentin Baudesson, Director

We are delighted to welcome Quentin Baudesson to the Societex team as a Director. He will be working on valuation, M&A advisory and financing assignments.

Master’s degree in Finance from ESCE business school, Masters’ degree in Corporate law and banking & financial law from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a Master in accounting and management, Quentin started his career in 2016 in valuation and financial advisory at FINEXSI, where he worked on fairness opinions and contribution/merger appraisals for listed and non listed companies. He then joined in 2020 the corporate finance division of the “Autorité des Marchés Financiers”, the French stock exchange regulator, working on rights issue and market abuse regulation, as well as ESG matters.
