Societex joins a new international network, ICFG

Societex Corporate Finance strengthens its network of international partners!

We are proud to announce that we have recently joined the ICFG (International Corporate Finance Group) network.

ICFG is a valued M&A and corporate finance network of independent member firms.

With 25 office locations all over the world, this network has the in-depth knowledge of local markets to make a cross-border transaction happen.

Societex has developed a truly international culture in collaboration with more than 190 international partners and is characterised by the fact that 1 out of 4 deals is completed with a foreign counterparty.

This integration into the ICFG network will allow our teams to continue to provide our clients with specific know-how in order to :

– Identifying and soliciting international buyers,

– Advise our French clients in their international external growth process by mobilising ICFG members,

– Advise foreign companies, clients of our international partners ICFG in the identification of targets and potential buyers.
