EXAFI joined the Franco-German specialist COFFRA

Created in 2001, EXAFI develops consultancy services in the areas of accounting, audit, payroll and offers assistance to struggling SMEs and mid-caps, some of which are listed on regulated markets.
Created in 1985, the COFFRA Group is an auditing, expert-accounting and legal advice firm, specialising in the reception of international investors in France.
For Carine Guyetant and Thierry Duval, the co-founders of EXAFI, this merger will also enable them to reinforce their assistance to struggling businesses: “together with COFFRA, we will now be able to support much more complex restructuring projects, especially by extending our services to the social aspect of these projects.” Sophie de Rosier, an EXAFI partner, highlighted: “this new unit will enable us to offer our clients a much wider range of services, especially through the structured international dimension it gives us.”
