IMAP France (SOCIETEX CORPORATE FINANCE) and IMAP Hungary (MB PARTNERS) advise the French group, JBT in the acquisition of the Hungarian company KAONA.
JBT is specialized in design and manufacturing of moulds and production of plastic components mainly dedicated to the medical sector. Already established in France, Tunisia and Mexico, with annual revenues of more than 35M€, the group pursues its international expansion and gets a new location in Hungary.
Located in Hungary near the lake Balaton, KAONA is specialized in plastic injection of technical plastic parts and reached 10M€ revenues in 2014.
