Omnes Capital becomes a minority shareholder in Prima Vital, alongside its director, Jean-Paul Berthault

Founded in 2008 and based in Saint-Raphaël, PRIMA is a family-owned company specialising in the design and B2C distribution of home care and accessibility solutions for the elderly and people with reduced mobility, under its own brand VITAL.
PRIMA is positioned in the Silver Economy sector, a booming market, with many needs in terms of accessibility linked to loss of autonomy and home care. The health crisis that emerged in 2020 has significantly increased demand.
Jean-Paul Berthault, manager and minority shareholder at the time of the launch of the transaction, chose Omnes Capital to support the company in its growth, with a view to meeting the growing needs of the senior citizens market in France. Omnes Capital takes part as a sponsorless investor via its Omnes Mezzanis 3 fund and allows Jean-Paul Berthault to take a majority stake in the company.
Societex CF has been exclusively commissioned to assist the shareholders and the manager of PRIMA in their search for a financial investor willing and able to support the next phase of the company’s development. This transaction allows Jean-Paul BERTHAULT, son of the founder, to become the majority shareholder and formalizes the operational and capital transfer of PRIMA.
