A dynamic 1st half-year 2023 for Societex!

In 2023, Societex is building on the momentum generated in 2022.

We are pleased to announce the completion of 10 transactions in the first half of 2023 (disposals, acquisitions, financing, etc.) focusing on our sector expertise: industry, technology, construction and public works, agri-food, services, and in some cases including an international stakeholder.

Our clients have also once again entrusted us with the task of advising them on the realisation of their strategic projects (notably external growth).

Our team is about to take a well-deserved holiday and will resume the same rhythm in the autumn, continuing to support our customers by always placing the community of interest with them at the centre of our concerns, Societex’s flagship value.
